As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. Duties: - Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members - Provide administrative support such as filing, faxing, scanning, and data entry - Assist with order entry and inventory management as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary Requirements: - Previous experience in an office or clerical role preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks - Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus - Experience with office management software is a plus Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
