Salary### Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in QuickBooks and possess strong organizational and communication skills. ### Duties: - Greet and welcome customers in a courteous and professional manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar - - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Please note that only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
