As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
```Responsibilities:```
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, direct calls to the appropriate staff members, take payments
-Upsell Spa memberships
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with spa staff to ensure efficient patient flow
```Skills:```
- Experience with medical scheduling software (e.g., Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
