We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong administrative abilities, and a friendly and professional demeanor. As the first point of contact for our office, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome Guest in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Transcribe documents and correspondence as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in typing and data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
