Receptionist / Office Manager

Position Overview

Looking for a job that provides meaningful work and competitive compensation? Consider a position in a State Farm Agent's office as a Receptionist/Office Manager. As the 'Director of First Impressions,' the right candidate will have excellent customer service and receptionist skills, with office management experience a plus.

Experience in insurance industry a plus but not required - with the right experience, training and support will be provided. Licensing not required for position, but the right candidate who wants to become licensed will receive training and support and opportunities for excellent growth potential. This is an in-person office position with occasional remote responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Helping with phone calls
• office management
• dealing with office mail
• use of Office 365
• making bank deposits as needed, etc.

Requirements

• Must be dependable, and have a track record of providing excellent customer service to clients.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Must have a clean criminal background/ Background check will be performed.
