Receptionist/Office Assistant

We are a public traded company and we are growing and evolving daily. We are currently looking for an experienced receptionist/Office Assistant to help us ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and transferring phone calls and sorting incoming mail.
- Greet visitors when they arrive for meetings with management or sales staff.
- Maintain office supplies, ink cartridges, and office essentials daily.
- Post cash receipts daily in Business Central and ensure accurate posting balances.
- Assist clients with questions regarding invoice charges and scheduling payments.
- Reconcile monthly credit card settlements and collect credit card receipts from card members.
- Assist with collections for past due invoices on all accounts over 90-120+ days.
- Send collection emails and memos to customer weekly/monthly.
- Perform Shared Revenue coin counts weekly.
- Liaison with Accounting team to resolve billing issues as needed.
- Confirm all work orders and documents are uploaded in Business Central daily.
- Work cross functionally to support business initiatives and adjust existing processes for business changes.
- Maintain an accurate filing system for cash receipts and credit cards.
- Assist with vehicle notifications and DMV payments.

Pay: From $45,760.00 per year
