Job description:

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading all sales activity within the Americas East territory (defined below).

  • Revenue attainment for TSCA East territory- includes assigned territory direct accounts, territory distribution POS and assigned territory based global accounts.
  • Sales Management of TSC America Inc., sales representative network across the North America Eastern territories:
  • Sales Management and revenue attainment of TSCA East territory. Drive sales goals with sales representatives across the Canada, New England, New York, New Jersey-Eastern Penn, Mid-Atlantic, South East and Florida/PR territories (Americas East Territory). Select, manage, motivate and collaborate with Americas East territory sales representatives to meet or exceed company revenue goals.
  • Develop, align and execute “top ten” account penetration plans for Americas East Territory sales representative partners. Leverage collaborative account coverage approach (direct TSC, FAE, assigned rep, etc.) to penetrate and grow TSC content at top ten SAM potential accounts in each territory. Maintain and manage opportunity pipeline from prospecting through customer production orders for combined America East Territory. Collaborate with sales representatives, TSCA FAE and TSC Product Lines to develop opportunities, win AVL position, and monetize print position for Americas East Territory designed customer opportunities.
  • Manage (approve) Americas East Territory sales representative split registrations and commissions payments.
  • Manage interface between TSC America East Territory customer base and TSC company. Prioritize and manage Americas East Territory customer requests to support strategic account development and growth (technical support, sample support, RFQs, annual contract negotiations, etc.). Build internal company network with sales operations team, product lines, corporate planning, corporate quality and factory organizations to deliver exceptional customer service for top assigned accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote, design-in and monetize TSC new products across the America East Territory.
  • Collaborate with TSC America team to support America region goal achievement. Cross train with Central and West RSMs to accelerate learning, collaborate to highlight sales organization constraints, and work with rest of company to drive continuous productivity improvement. Participate in TSCA quarterly business reviews and structured channel business reviews (e.g. EDS). Active participation in TSC America weekly and TSC monthly sales reviews.
  • TSCA representative for TSC global accounts managed out of the Americas East Territory.
  • Global account collaboration with sales organizations in Europe, China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and SEA/India to present a unified, interface for strategic global accounts.
  • TSC America biweekly global account activity updates

Educational Requirements:

Engineering degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 15 years account sales experience in the Americas semiconductor market; power semiconductor sales experience highly desired. Candidate must possess excellent networking, communication and leadership skills, with at least 7 years of sales representative management experience. Ideal candidate has broad exposure across the Americas East Territory customer base, experience managing a sales representative network, experience managing multi-national global accounts, and experience selling semiconductor products into the Americas Industrial or Automotive markets.

Scheduled Work Week and Additional Requirements:

Permanent, full-time and remote placement.

Relocation WILL NOT be included for the role. Candidate will work from their home office within the Americas East Territory. Candidate is expected to both travel (25%) and establish structured sales representative reviews via Microsoft Teams within the Americas East territory to actively manage sales representative network, develop territory accounts and promote TSC brand across the America East market distribution channel.
