SalaryOur busy and growing private dental practice is in search of a team player to work in our Front Office.
Eaglesoft experience is preferred. Applicant must have proven experience in dental office administration, excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and interested in making a long-term commitment and growing with our practice.
Administrative duties include:
- Efficiently handle incoming calls, scheduling, and confirming patient appointments.
- Greet and assist patients with check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain patient records and manage the front desk with a high degree of professionalism.
- Insurance verification
Office hours are Monday – Thursday 7:30-4:30. The office is closed on Fridays but occasional team building or continuing education classes may be mandatory. Benefits include paid time off, holiday pay, and in-house dental insurance.
