We are seeking a part-time Office Receptionist to join our team in Birmingham, AL. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
