Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Assistant. This position plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support in our office. The ideal candidate will have experience in an office setting and possess strong clerical skills.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
- Assist with client check-in and check-out processes.
- File and maintain client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
- Provide general office support, such as ordering supplies and maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area
- Assist with basic office management tasks, including coordinating meetings and managing office equipment
Skills:
- Previous experience working in an office is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Proficient in basic clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry
- Familiarity with office management procedures and phone systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
