- Document electronic medical records
- Manage medical records
- Schedule patient appointments
- Follow up on patient referrals and lab orders
- Answering phones
- Checking in patients
- Collecting copays
- Checking patients out and scheduling follow up appointments
- Greeting patients as they come in
