SalaryNot your average roofing company. We operate out of a beautiful facility in Ormond Beach conveniently located near the interchange of 95 and US Highway 1. Reception position is in the lobby with beautiful floor to ceiling windows in view. Responsibilities for receptionist position include greeting and welcoming visitors, directing them appropriately, working with staff (6 in office co-workers and 4 sales team members) in communications via phone, email, text, fax or snail mail. Reception is responsible for outlook calendar appointments, maintaining a safe and clean lobby. Customer Service skills are a must. Other skills include concise verbal communication, sympathetic listening, professionalism when de-escalating conflict, customer focus and follow through, organization, works well under pressure (after a hurricane especially) , some filing and data entry.
Must have experience with Microsoft office. We use Outlook for email and calendars, as well as, excel workbooks. Although we are a roofing company we pride ourselves in our care and appearance. Whether it it is on the jobsite, or in our fleet, office or uniforms. Business casual attire is Monday through Thursday and on Fridays jeans (without tears) and company shirt and or polos.
Health Benefits start on the 1st of the month following applicant’s 60 days.
