SalaryWe are a CryoTherapy and Wellness Spa with several locations across the West Coast. You'd be working at our flagship location in Danville, and will be working from Monday through Saturday. ```Duties```
- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the spa
- Assist the Regional Sales Manager, the CEO, and COO with various administrative projects
- Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Coordinate guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts
- Ensure all opening and closing procedures of the spa are well maintained
- Manage phone systems, answering calls promptly and directing them to the appropriate department or staff member, scheduling clients, responding to client messages, and running promotions under the guidance of the sales director
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and safety standards
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a Front Office management role or similar position in retail or hospitality positions
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, staff, and management
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
