Pay Range: $62,025 - $99,240
Position Summary
Key Responsibilities may include:
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks to include welcoming employees, visitors and partners, receiving material, sorting and delivering mail.
- Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Coordinate and organize maintenance companies to keep office clean and ensure appliances and amenities are in good working order.
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory – including purchasing and invoicing
- Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and courier.
- Assist in planning company events, meetings, luncheons, and employee team building activities
- Help coordinate training between staff and the corporate education department.
- Assist staff with organizing travel.
- Set up, break down, organize, and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms
- Assist with employee onboarding administrative tasks.
- Work and collaborate with other Program Support Specialists, Logistics, IT and Procurement teams.
- Work and collaborate with management, engineering and other teams to ensure timely and accurate procurement, shipment and receiving of equipment and materials.
- Work and collaborate with Program Management personnel on matters of business and contractual nature, such as preparation and monitoring of project deliverables and contractual documentation; preparation and monitoring and project reporting.
- Prepare, track, and file documentation for employee permits, security, certification, access, and travel requests.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors.
Key Qualifications / Skills:
- Must have a high school degree or GED with 6-8 years of experience.
- Prior experience on a similar role
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team and resolve practical problems.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with a wide variety of individuals in person, via telephone and in writing.
- Must have strong multitasking skills.
- Preferred but not required: possess or the ability to obtain a forklift operating certification upon employment with M.C. Dean, Inc.
- Must have strong computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, interaction with customer portals.
