Responsibilities:- Implement and maintain office procedures to streamline
- Office organization
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, issues, and requests, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Entry level bookkeeper and payroll to support other staff members when needed
- 3+ years of experience in office management or related field
- Proficiency in Outlook, GSuite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to learn new software
