Front Office Manager

Job Summary

The Drake Institute of Neurophysical Medicine, now in its 44th year, is an innovative medical practice treating neurophysical disorders such as: ADD, ADHD, Autism, Asperger's, Disorders and stress-related diseases including PTSD utilizing biofeedback and brain map guided neurofeedback.

The Drake Institute has an opening for an experienced Front Office Manager at our Irvine clinic.This is a career position with opportunity for promotion for the right individual. The schedule is :Monday 9-6, Tuesday 9-6; Wednesday off, Thursday 9-6; Friday 9-6 and Saturday, 9-5. Bilingual, Spanish speaking helpful but not required.

The ideal candidate will have prior managerial experience in a medical office; strong computer skills in Excel and Word;

Organizational skills and the ability to multitask to complete a variety of tasks; prior experience with patient scheduling; the ability to handle multiple tasks; strong customer service skills and must be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Also must enjoy interacting with potential new patients and providing program information.

Responsibilities and Duties

Overseeing general office work

Reception / phone calls

Team player

Assist patients with scheduling

Confirmation calls

Record keeping of daily transactions and financial recaps, etc.

Assist with patient orientations to introduce treatment programs

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
