One of our team members can no longer work full time so we are looking for a long term, SPANISH SPEAKING employee to take his place.
We are very specific about who we add to our team. It doesn't matter how long it takes us to find this person because we want to maintain our existing team dynamic. Everyone gets along, and is courteous to one another as well as to our patients.
Generally speaking, the Front Office Coordinator should be able to take initiative and engage with both children and adults. This person will be responsible for administrative work including but not limited to: scheduling, billing claims to insurances, answering calls, checking patients in/out, collecting insurance benefits, quoting, and posting payments. He or she will share responsibilities with another front desk coordinator.
Regardless of starting experience, you will receive one-on-one training. Our office will provide detailed guidance. In return, the prospective employee should proactively learn the ropes.
Fluency in Spanish is a MUST. Prior experience in the dental setting is strongly preferred, but not required. Computer literacy, especially typing, is a MUST.
We have programs in place for health benefits, vision benefits, dental benefits, paid holidays, paid sick days, paid time off, and bonuses.
