Responsibilities:
- Manage the Front Office operations and ensure smooth daily operations
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Coordinate and plan office events and meetings
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times
Experience:
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and calendar management
- Experience with phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Knowledge of dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
