FULL-TIME OFFICE ASSISTANT
Shift: Monday to Friday from 7:30am-5pm
Pay Rate: **Based on Experience** Will discuss at interview
An experienced HVAC company in Havelock, North Carolina is looking for a full-time mature, dependable Office Assistant to join their team. This position is great for a multi-tasker who can focus on several tasks at once and has the ability to focus on getting work completed to meet time-sensitive deadlines. This position will start immediately.
What you get to do everyday:
· First point of contact for inbound calls - take messages and transfer calls
· Communicate with customers via phone, text or email
· Maintain timesheets for service techs and update dailyu
· Schedule estimates, service calls, and permit inspections
· Must be detail oriented – Cross checking dates, times, and parts for warranty
· Enter/Update data into computer system, must be accurate and efficient with typing skills
· Must be able to multitask efficiently and switch between priorities
· Preforming clerical duties such as filing, copying, mailing, scanning and emailing
· Preforming other duties as assigned
What we’re looking for:
· Must have good computer skills
· Knowledge of HVAC is a plus, but not required
· Prior experience working with Service Titan or Quickbooks is a plus, but not required
· Able to work independently and be self-motivated
· Skills that allow for the completion of general office work
· General knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
· Ability to meet deadlines and build strong customer relationships
· Positive demeanor and critical thinker
· Well-mannered to handle customers in an efficient and satisfactory manner
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $9.00 per hour
