Job Title:Office Assistant – Front Desk
Coastal Horizons Center, Inc. is seeking an Office Assistant professional for our behavioral health services in our Burgaw, NC location. to perform the following primary duties:
- Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative support duties.
- Knowledge of Behavioral Health Services
- Assisting the staff in daily procedures such as scheduling, rescheduling appointments, completing intake paperwork, and answering phones
- General knowledge of the program and related functions as needed
- Maintaining office space, completing check in procedures, collecting co-pays
- Supporting other office staff if/when needed
- Helping support sister location if/when needed
REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Graduate, with related business course work, and two (2) years of administrative support work experience;
OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in third part medical billing preferred, along with ability to work a flexible schedule
