Pine Cone Medical Center in Pinehurst, NC is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who is organized, positive, and enjoys fostering positive client relationships. ```Responsibilities```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide general support to staff members as needed
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role is preferred
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for appointment scheduling and data entry
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines and operate phone systems efficiently
