```Duties```
- Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Check-in and check-out customers, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Provide information about our products and services
- Handle customers complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
