Front Office Assistant

Idaho Falls Luxury RV Park is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Seasonal Part-Time Front Office Associate. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you will contribute to the overall guest experience at our luxury park.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and efficiently during the check-in process

• Assist with check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction

• Manage reservations and help guests with site bookings

• Operate the park's store, handling transactions and assisting guests with purchases

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide assistance and information to callers

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Front Office area

• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

• Occasionally support maintenance tasks around the park

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail

• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer proficiency

• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays
