Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings and events
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Monitor and maintain office equipment and report any repairs or issues
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and reconciling receipts
Assist with the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Front Office Assistant or in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
