SUMMARY:
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Hours may be somewhat flexible
- The successful candidate will work with our Business Office team supporting the team with day-to-day office duties
- Assist the payroll staff with Payroll preparation and processing by using Paylocity as needed
- Prepare all payroll reports on a weekly/bi-weekly basis
- Resolve and assist in payroll discrepancies and issues as needed
- Assisting VP of Business Office with special projects as needed
- Reviewing, imputing, and editing time punches for agency employees
- Back-up to Payroll Coordinator/s for Payroll processing
- Reconcile monthly insurance bills
- Assisting in Business Office staff with special projects
- Other duties as needed
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
- Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
- Filing and record keeping
- Bookkeeping experience a plus
- Payroll experience a plus
- Communication skills - written and verbal
