An Endodontic Office Manager position requires a dynamic individual with a blend of administrative expertise, customer service acumen, and an entrepreneurial spirit. While dental experience, including a background in dental assisting, is considered advantageous, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Administrative Skills:
- Oversee the daily operations of the endodontic office with precision and attention to detail.
- Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and billing processes.
- Coordinate seamlessly with dental professionals to ensure a cohesive and effective workflow.
- Customer Service:
- Provide an exceptional and personalized experience for patients, addressing inquiries and concerns with a happy and positive demeanor.
- Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere that reflects a commitment to patient satisfaction.
- Handle patient scheduling, follow-ups, and appointment reminders with a personalized touch.
- Retail or Hospitality Experience:
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality is advantageous.
- The ability to create a personalized and positive experience for patients is enhanced by skills gained in a customer-focused environment.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.60 - $28.42 per hour
