Job Description: Assistant Director, Career and Professional Development - Office of Student Affairs

The Assistant Director for Career and Professional Development in the Office of Student Affairs at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is responsible for providing a comprehensive career advising and Professional Development experience for medical school students. This role works closely with a team of Student Affairs personnel and together, supports medical students' career exploration and Professional Development goals. The Assistant Director will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver workshops, organize networking events, and develop resources to enhance students' career development. Collaborate with academic advisors, faculty members, and residency program directors to provide coordinated support and guidance to students throughout their medical education and residency training.  The position will report to the Senior Associate Dean for Student Affairs.
