Front Office And Assistant

Five Point Dental Specialists is seeking an energetic and dedicated team player to assist with Front Office responsibilities at one of our partner Dental practices!

The ideal candidate for this role will:

• Handle the Front Office, schedule patients, and answer the phones.
• Greet patients as they arrive.
• Performs office duties including document filing, scanning, and creation.
• Assist patients with questions and payments.
• Manage office inventory and supplies.
• Handle other tasks as assigned by the office manager.

Requirements:

-Must be available on a full-time basis and available to cover their full shift based on the practice's schedule. Other hours as needed.

• Must be able to work at either location, based on schedule/business need.
• Front office dental experience preferred.
• Excellent phone skills/customer service skills required.
• Outgoing and positive personality is a must.
• Must be team-oriented and organized.
• Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Dental experience with RDA
