POSITION OVERVIEW
The Associate Teacher reports directly to the English Language Learning Coordinator. The position is an hourly full-time, entry-level teaching role with advancement potential to a Lead Teacher Role. As an Associate Teacher, you will receive extensive professional development from experienced teachers, talented school leaders, and program administrators in a unique international residential high school community.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to support learners in after school hours.
- Flexible scheduling is possible, but weekly evening hours are expected, typically Monday through Thursday until 7PM.
- A desire to enter or to grow within the educational industry.
- At least one year of experience working with students in an educational setting.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work with a team.
- Willingness to learn and take professional direction.
