Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office department
- Manage front desk
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for patients
- Handle patient inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
-Schedule and cancel appointments
-Present and explain dental treatment plans to patients
-Verify insurance plans and fill out insurance papers
-Enter dental treatment in patients chart
- Process claims
-Submit Pre Authorizations
- Knowledge of Dentimax Software
- Bilingual
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous (3 to 5 years) experience in dental Front Office
- Proficiency in using phone systems, reservation software, and other front desk tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and diplomacy
