SalaryOur busy, high-quality, oral surgery practice is looking for a full-time Dental Front Office administrator to be the face and voice of our office.
We are looking for someone with customer service experience; excellent verbal skills as well as organization and computer skills. Dental and/or medical office experience is required. Billing/Collections experience is preferred.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Greet patients, check in for appointments and provide assistance as needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain doctor's schedules
- Billing and collection of outstanding balances
Skills:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office is required
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of dental/medical receptionist duties is preferred
- Familiarity DSN Practice Management Software is a plus
