We're looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, friendly face for a fast paced busy office.
A little traveling - 2nd location is in north Phoenix 1 day a week.
- Make new patient appointments, and manage existing appointments.
- Verify eligibility - Experience needed
- Check patients in and out.
- Obtain accurate patient health insurance, demographics and referral information.
- Manage telephone calls and check call logs.
- Send reports (ie: Imaging orders, WC progress notes/WS forms, Physical Therapy orders, Vascular orders)
- Scanning/Printing documents.
- Obtain authorizations and referrals (training available).
- Assist with room flow and room turnover.
- Perform paperwork tasks regarding clinical and business documents.
- Support the organization with customer service and treat all of our patients with respect and dignity. Ensure the clinic and front reception area is running smoothly and patient flow at the optimum.
- Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- EMR system experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
