Dental Treatment Coordinator/Front Desk: Part Time

We are currently seeking an experienced Dental Front Desk/Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring our patients have a seamless experience from the moment they walk in.

Responsibilities:

* Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor

* Manage patient appointments and schedule effectively

* Answer phone calls and address inquiries efficiently

* Explain treatment plans to patients, discussing financial aspects and available options

* Coordinate with the dental team to ensure treatment plans are executed smoothly

* Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality

* Assist in billing and financial arrangements as needed

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental front desk or treatment coordination

* Proficient with dental software (Dentrix) and administrative tasks

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

* Knowledge of dental insurance procedures and billing

Privately owned(not corporate) ,warm and friendly environment.

Days needed Monday , Tuesday , Thursday 9:30am – 6pm.

Salary: $22 - $27 per hour
