THERAPIST SCHEDULE:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Greet customers at the Front Desk/check-in area in a friendly, energetic, professional, and polite manner. Must have great customer service skills
- Answer incoming emails and phone calls regarding patients' requests.
- Schedules: Create new appointments, cancel appointments, and re-schedule appointments. Follow up on the No Show and Cancel appointments and evaluation reports.
- Collect, verify, and input new patient information into the clinic's EMR system.
- Explain services to patients and patients' family members.
- Collect and process payments for services.
- Eligibility checks for insurance verification of benefits.
- Fill in at the other clinic location (Wesley Chapel) as needed.
- Fill in for the Authorization team as needed.
- Skilled in Authorizations, check eligibility, and POC's.
- Protect patients' rights by maintaining the confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Requires effective customer relation skills, and the ability to organize and interpret data. Requires good judgment, tact, diplomacy, and ability to problem solve.
- Able to work effectively and independently in a team environment.
- Able to use a personal computer and related software such as Excel and EMR.
