Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Direct patients to exam rooms
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• File and organize documents, both physical and computerized
• Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

Skills:

• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Previous experience working in a medical office or similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience as a personal assistant or in Front Desk Receptionist roles is a plus
• Familiarity with office management procedures is desirable
