Our Ob/Gyn practice is seeking an experienced and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to providing quality care. We are looking for an individual who is organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments for patients and ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Maintain patient records and ensure that all information is kept confidential.
- Provide information about the OB/GYN practice, services, and procedures to patients and visitors.
- Assist with billing inquiries and insurance claims.
