Front Desk Receptionist

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Check-in patients, verify insurance information, and collect co-pays
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as assigned
- Provide personal assistant support to the office manager or doctors
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a receptionist in a medical or dental office is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented approach

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
