Bilingual Front Desk Scheduler - Full Time

Due to our extreme growth within our Hollywood Center, we are currently seeking a Bilingual Front Desk Scheduler to join our Kid SPOT Team. Because our Hollywood Center is expanding this will give you the opportunity to grow and the ability to work in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment. Hours of Operation: Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 7:00 pm Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience

Location: 1 Oakwood Blvd #130, Hollywood, FL 33020

Duties and Descriptions for the Bilingual Front Desk Scheduler:

• The Ability to create a permanent/set schedule.
• The Ability to perform intakes for new patients.
• The Ability to collect and input new patient information.
• The Ability to effectively explain our services to Patient's Families and Collect Payments.
• Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone and checking in patients.
• The Ability to protect patients' rights by maintaining the confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
• The position is highly visible, requiring discretion, good judgment, a pleasant and professional manner, and an articulate phone voice.

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual with English and Spanish or Creole
• Customer service attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Working in a fast-paced environment
