Front Desk Receptionist/Sales Associate

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Receptionist / Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people in service and retail environment. Social media / marketing experience is required for this position.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Obtain content for marketing/social media

Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in processing transactions
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail / customer service experience is required

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
