We are looking for motivated, dedicated, dog-loving people to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual, make daycare and/or boarding reservations
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Maintain a clean and organized front lobby area
Skills:
- Previous experience in a Front Desk or receptionist role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in data entry and typing
- Excellent customer service skills are a must
- Familiarity with daycare/boarding operations preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
