SalaryLooking for a little extra spending money & enjoy being around our residents and visitors? Riverview has a PART TIME Reception position (5-10 hrs /wk) available for EVERY OTHER WEEKEND coverage. Great opportunity for students or retirees!
JOB DUTIES:
- Receptionist is stationed at front door location of our health care facility responsible to greet and screen in employees and guide our guests to the appropriate location.
- Operate facility switchboard routing calls to appropriate personnel as well as taking accurate messages should staff be unavailable.
- Performs various clerical tasks such as: sorting/distributing mail, copying, collate and coordinate bulk mailing, data entry and typing per request.
- Oversee & monitor Lobby, Library, Doctor Waiting Room, Theater and Coffee Bar areas are kept in order and clean. Assist residents as needed.
- Oversee Facility Communication room, ensure forms are kept in supply, incoming faxes are delivered, room is kept in order. Troubleshoot/contact person for copy machine issues within the facility.
SCHEDULE: Every other weekend hours Saturday & Sunday. Rotating holiday schedule required.
