Egidio Lennon Wealth Management is looking for a part-time Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to be part of a team long term and grow with the practice into the future. The ideal candidate is positive, energetic, hardworking, and extremely customer service oriented.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle and promptly facilitate in a positive professional manner all incoming communication via phone, email, or in person.
- Greet and provide the appropriate assistance to employees, clients, families, visitors, and other parties.
- Respond promptly to general inquires and direct specific requests to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain positive relationships with all present and potential employees, clients, families, and other parties.
- Provide administrative support on projects or requests as needed to all departments.
- Perform other related job duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role (preferred)
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and to protect the confidentiality of such information.
- Ability to manage multiple duties and complete assignments within given time frames
- Ability to maintain a professional persona at all times when communicating with staff & clients (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Education - High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Must be available Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
