Position Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Servers. As a Server at 1604 Broadway Upscale Restaurant ,you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, attending to our guests' needs, and ensuring that they have a delightful dining experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
- Make knowledgeable recommendations to guests based on their preferences
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with them throughout their meal
- Process payments and operate the POS system efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
