Front Desk Receptionist/Concierge

Belfair in Bluffton, SC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist & Concierge. The ideal candidate will excel in a hospitality environment and possess a strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. This role reports directly to the Director of Administration and plays a crucial part in enhancing the Belfair member’s experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist all members, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage guest inquiries, answer incoming calls, and redirect them to the appropriate parties.
• Provide clerical support including typing, copying, filing, composing routine correspondence, and preparing outgoing mail.
• Coordinate member dining and event reservations.
• Respond promptly to member inquiries via our feedback and member texting platform.
• Sort mail for all departments and oversee office supplies procurement.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk and copy room.
• Manage and maintain all copy room equipment.
• Assist the Director of Administration in preparing Cottage packets & amenity baskets.
• Supervise Front Desk processes and introduce new ones as needed based on membership needs.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred; or one (1) year administrative experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Club experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Jonas, and Publisher.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Hours & Benefits:

• Primarily Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm, with open availability for most major holidays.
