Our bustling chiropractic office is looking for an organized person to support our doctors and assist in our practice running smoothly.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Check patients in and out, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Charting encounters between doctors and patients
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Gathering records for insurance denials and claims
- Assisting the doctors with daily charges, notes, referrals, and orders with detail and accuracy
*Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills are essential. Applicants must also be computer literate (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
