Medical Receptionist/Front Desk

As a Medical Receptionist primarily in our Bluffton SC office you must be willing to fill in if necessary in our Pooler and Hinesville locations from time to time. Office hours are 8:30-5:00 Monday through Thursday and Friday 8:00-12:00. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones
• Schedule appointments
• Collect copays/coinsurance/deductibles and any past due amounts
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

Skills

• Proven working experience as a medical receptionist
• Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
• Social perceptiveness and service oriented
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Proficiency in working within an EMR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
