Job Responsibilities Include:
Answering phones, taking detailed messages, scheduling patients, obtaining necessary documentation for upcoming appointments, preparing charts, preparing follow up letters for each patient, faxing, emailing(outlook) and scanning.
Multi-task oriented, outstanding interpersonal and team-building skills
Analytical, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, must exercise initiative and maintain a positive attitude.
Strong computer skills are required, we use WinOMS(oral surgery software) extensively and are willing to train.
Experience with credit card machine
