Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Provide general administrative support
- Assist with order entry and customer support tasks
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office management is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and file management
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional appearance and demeanor
