Front Desk Receptionist/Cashier

Zen Massage is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist for our office in San Francisco, CA.

The Receptionist will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Spa. You will support the daily operation of the office.

We are looking for someone who is very hands-on, confident, assertive and thrives in a non-corporate environment. You should enjoy multi-tasking and creative problem-solving. We require someone who will be able to take charge and delegate according to spa policies as well as think outside the box to always ensure customer satisfaction.

Shifts: Between Mon-Fri 12:30-7:30pm

Job Description:

-Greet clients, offer beverages, notify staff of client’s arrival

-Answer phones, book appointments

-Help with daily cleaning tasks, i.e. folding towels, sweeping, and dishes

-Check out clients, book next appointment

-Maintain a fun, upbeat environment with music and personal energy

-Keep Front Desk area clean, tidy, and presentable for guests

-Comply with all safety policies and procedures

-Perks include massage each month and a warm environment to work in.

-Maintaining a clean and organized reception area and a "Zen" like environment for all clients

-Provide 3 employment-related references
