Sushi Chef

```Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi dishes to our customers. If you have a passion for sushi and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Prepare and present sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with menu planning and development of new sushi dishes
- Train and mentor junior Sushi Chefs, as needed

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a restaurant or catering setting
- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and presentation
- Familiarity with various types of fish and seafood used in sushi
- Ability to handle knives and other kitchen equipment safely
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work well as part of a team

Pay: From $3,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
